I'm only asking this because I know there's a bit of controversy, not to mention confusion, but what is the finial boss of the game going to be named? I suppose Giygas would be the best choice, since that is what he was named in EarthBound, but Gyiyg would be acceptable too, since that is his Japanese name in both Mother 1 and 2. Just please don't tell me its going to be Giegue, because that's just a mistranslation of Gyiyg. I'm just kind-of picky about stuff like this, and I'd like to know defiantly so I can breath easy.

I think it would be easier for you to choose the last boss's name. I could just add a "have you beaten the original Earthbound Zero or this remake already? Be honest." thing, and if you choose yes, you could choose between the last boss's name being "Giegue", "Gyiyg", or "Giygas", due to the english eb0 rom saying its giegue.
Dunno if its a good idea, and I don't really care about it either. If its not, then less work for me, i suppose

View the preview videos in the preview section if they're private. I'd like to see them.

I don't remember any preview section, but the videos were taken off youtube because of some personal stuff. But, there will be a new preview vid when enough progress is made (I'm working on textboxes at the moment, its such a long code xD). After i finish the textbox script, I'll work on the main story, since I already know everything else currently necessary.
If you want the old videos anyway, just PM me asking me to send you them. They were on my old comp, and it broke the other day, so i couldnt send it to you the whole time....I apologize Just don't post them, edited or not. You'll need my permission for that, since I'm third-in-command, and its the time that the other two take breaks.

I had to delete the videos for personal reasons, along with my entire account.

If the project wakes up and gains speed and followers again, I'll repost all the videos. That will probably happen this summer.
