Possibly hare-brained Lloyd suggestion.
I was watching the videos for this on the blogspot and first of all kudos this looks pretty awesome.
However, as I was watching I noticed that Lloyd has no special ability. I know that he didn't have one in the original mother, but alot has changed in rpgs since then and even within the series.
So my idea was to,well, give him some or one. Since he fits the Jeff stereotype, I thought it might be pretty cool to give him Spy or something similar to Boney's Sniff. It would give the character that little something extra in terms of use and just overall seems to fit the feel of who Lloyd/Loid is.
That said, I recognize implementing something like that would take quite a bit of work and you guys are close to releasing a beta.
What is the feasibility of something like this? Or does he already have a special ability that didn't appear in the preview I watched?

This sound like a good idea actually. I'll try to bring it up with our programmer.

Re: Possibly hare-brained Lloyd suggestion.
Thanks.
There was one other possible suggestion I had and that involves Teddy.
Flint is very similar in type to Teddy. Since Teddy did not have any special abilities I am assuming thus far he does not either. I think it wold be fitting to give him the array of abilities Flint has in Mother3, unless you feel this would upset game balance too much.

Flint Has an array of special moves like raising offence and defence, and attacking enemeys in one huge blow. I can picture having Teddy with that, but here's my question...
What about Pippi's special? She is not really much like any Mother 3 playable characters. We might have to think one up for her, if we can't connect her to a Mother 3 character as we did with Loid and Teddy.
Re: Possibly hare-brained Lloyd suggestion.
Well simple, she's got PSi, so like Ninten she wont need one.
Shes comparable to kumatora.

No, Pippi doesn't have PSI. Ana does.
